MY ORDER HASN’T ARRIVED YET?
While most of our products are delivered on time, they are still subject to potential postal delays. If your order has not arrived after 10 working days then please contact [email protected] We will aim to resolve this immediately with either a replacement or refund.
WHAT IF MY WATCH STOPS WORKING?
If you suspect your item is faulty please email us at your earliest convenience to [email protected] Our returns address is as follows: Singapore address. Our returns department is incredibly efficient and dedicated to resolving any and all issues as quickly as possible.
WHEN WILL I BE REFUNDED?
Most refunds are processed within a few days from the items returning to us, but during peak periods some refunds may take slightly longer to process. We aim to issue refunds as We ask for up to 7 working days for refunds to be processed. The Returns department cannot be reached via the phone, but if after 7 days you haven’t received your refund please contact us at [email protected]
ARE BATTERIES INCLUDED IN THE WATCHES?
Yes, batteries are fitted by the manufacturer in the watches so they are ready to wear as soon you receive them.
DO YOU SELL SECOND HAND, FAKE/REPLICA WATCHES?
No. All our products are 100% brand new and 100% authentic.
DO YOUR WATCHES COME IN BOXES?
Yes, all of our watches come in the official box from the correct manufacturer, exactly as you would get if you were to purchase them in a high street retailer.
DO YOUR WATCHES COME WITH WARRANTY?
Yes, all of our watches come with internationawatchesworld.com official warranty. You can purchase from us assured with the knowledge that your watch is fully guaranteed for the full period against Manufacture defects.
HOW DO YOU SEND THE ITEMS?
Items are shipped by Registered Mail. This method of delivery is fully insured.
DO YOU SHIP TO BFPO ADDRESSES?
No, we do not ship to BFPO addresses for this moment.
DO YOU SHIP TO INTERNATIONAL LOCATIONS?
Yes. Simply checkout as usual and select your country as normal.
HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?
Price stated on each item is inclusive of shipment.
WHAT KIND OF PACKAGING DO YOU USE TO PROTECT MY WATCH IN TRANSIT?
For maximum protection, we use our own custom-cut cardboard boxes which snugly fit the boxes of all watch brands which we sell, filled with airbags or polystyrene.
WHAT DO I NEED TO PRESENT TO RETURN AN ITEM?
To qualify, all returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the following:
- Original receipt
- Original documentation
- Instruction manuals
- Registration
- Parts and components
- Original manufacturer packaging
Failure to include such items may prevent or delay your refund or exchange.
CAN YOU DELIVER ON A SUNDAY?
Unfortunately, we do not currently deliver on Sundays.
